Background Luke Air Force Base (AFB) is planning to issue a contract for audio services in support of the Luke Days 2026 Open House, scheduled for March 20–22, 2026. The goal of this contract is to ensure clear and consistent sound coverage for all attendees at the air show, allowing them to hear important communications such as narration, music, and safety announcements. Work Details The Contractor shall provide and operate a complete outdoor audio system that meets the following requirements: 1. Coverage and Quality: Uniform sound coverage across designated spectator areas; intelligible sound over ambient noise; minimize drop-offs and echoes. 2. Placement and Design: Propose speaker placement based on airfield layout; avoid obstruction of emergency access and pedestrian flow; provide necessary power solutions. 3. Operational Requirements: Provide qualified technical staff on-site during event hours; ensure system operational by 0900 each day until events conclude; provide mixing and control stations for coordination. 4.
