Background

The 131st Mission Support Group contracting office is issuing an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for the construction of vehicle operations covered parking. The project is set aside 100% for small businesses. The magnitude of construction is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Work Details: The contractor will provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for the construction of a new exterior parking canopy at Jefferson Barracks for the Air National Guard. The project includes: - Construction of a covered parking structure approximately +/- 6,100 square feet in area. - Compliance with various Department of Defense codes including building, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, energy codes and fire safety codes. - Installation of structural elements such as columns and canopies as per architectural plans. - Adherence to ADA standards for accessible design. - Removal and repainting of existing parking striping under proposed canopies. Period of Performance: The contract duration will be 260 calendar days after notice to proceed. Place of Performance: Jefferson Barracks / Air National Guard located in St. Louis, MO.
