Background The U.S. Air Force is seeking non-personal services to support the Military & Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) at Minot AFB, North Dakota. The goal of this contract is to provide administrative support, specifically through the Transition Assistance Program (TAP), which includes data entry and front desk customer service functions. The contractor will be responsible for all labor and transportation necessary to fulfill these services. Work Details The contractor will perform a variety of tasks including: 1. Data entry for the Transition Assistance Program and maintaining customer records using the AFFIRST database. 2. Front desk customer service, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing information about M&FRC programs. 3. Preparation of correspondence and reports, ensuring accuracy in grammar, spelling, and format. 4. Management of office records, including establishing, updating, and maintaining files in compliance with Air Force regulations. 5. Use of Microsoft Office applications to produce documents and reports. 6. Troubleshooting basic software issues encountered by co-workers. 7. Assisting in training office members on software use and office procedures. 8. Serving as the primary Record Custodian for M&FRC records management in accordance with AFI 33-322. Period of Performance The contract is expected to commence on August 1, 2025, with an initial term followed by an optional four-year extension. Place of Performance Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota.
