District 10 Sheriff Substation Renovation

Harrison Township is seeking sealed proposals for the District 10 Sheriff Substation Renovation project. Proposals must be submitted by 12:00 PM on Friday, February 20, 2026, and will be publicly opened at 2:30 PM on the same day. Late submissions will be returned unopened. Bidders are required to furnish materials and perform labor as outlined in the Contract Documents prepared by App Architecture, Englewood, Ohio. Bids should be marked with the project name and address. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 3, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the project site. Attendance is encouraged but not mandatory. Bidders must include a Bid Security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit, or surety company bond amounting to 10% of the total bid, or a bid guaranty bond of 100% of the total bid. Bidders can access Ohio Prevailing Wages at Ohio.gov/resources/prevailing-wage. Plans and specifications can be downloaded from App Architecture's ShareFile site by emailing bids@app-arch.com for a link. Plans will also be available at Dodge Construction Network and Builders Exchange. Bids must be submitted in duplicate using a blank form provided by the Architect, in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the project name. Bidders cannot withdraw their bids for 60 days after the opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities as permitted by law.
