This solicitation aims to establish a pool of prequalified consultants who can provide various engineering and design services related to right-of-way acquisition. The goal is to ensure that qualified consultants are available for future projects, thereby enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of UDOT's operations in managing right-of-way needs across the state. Work Details Consultants will provide Right of Way Acquisition services across multiple work disciplines, including but not limited to: - Complex Appraisal Services - Residential Appraisal Services - Appraisal Review Services - Acquisition Services - Relocation Services (both residential and non-residential) - Lead Agent Services (complex and non-complex) - Title and Closing Services - Project Coordination Services - Cell Tower & Other Wireless Communication Leasing & Relocation Services. Each consultant must submit separate proposals for each work discipline they wish to be considered qualified for. The selection process will utilize a Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) method, where consultants are evaluated based on their qualifications rather than cost. The pool period is set from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2029. Period of Performance The contract period spans from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2029. Proposals must be submitted by specific deadlines outlined in the solicitation document, with evaluations occurring shortly thereafter. Place of Performance Projects may occur at various locations statewide within Utah as determined by UDOT and local government representatives. Bidder Requirements Consultants must have a valid registration in the UDOT Bonfire eProcurement platform and submit proposals electronically.
