Summary (Newest Update)

Background The U.S. Government, specifically the Fort Bragg Directorate of Emergency Services (DES), is seeking a contractor to provide integration services for an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) monitoring solution. This project is intended for the 525th Expeditionary-Military Intelligence Brigade (525th E-MIB) and involves adding IDS capabilities to an existing Army prototype system located in a Temporary Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (TSCIF). The contractor must possess a valid Top-Secret clearance upon contract award to access the facility. Work Details The contractor will perform the following tasks: 1. Integrate an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) monitoring solution into existing equipment through Fort Bragg DES. 2. Install one motion sensor inside the prototype vehicle and two sensors outside to monitor the doors. 3. Ensure all sensors interface with the existing Balanced Magnetic Switch (BMS) on the rear door and integrate these into the current DAQ IDS system for Military Police response. 4. Program signals as a 24/7 zone that can be armed/disarmed with the existing system. 5. Ensure that the BMS is installed and functioning properly. 6. Access vehicle panels to pull necessary cables without affecting warranty, or arrange for panel removal/reinstallation for cable access. 7. Utilize existing molex plugs for additional wiring, including low voltage power and trigger points for motion sensors and BMS triggers. 8. Add a RIOX board in the Remote Area Data Collector (RADC) to monitor these points. 9. Coordinate connections, programming, and testing with personnel within the compound and DES staff during installation hours, which are Monday through Friday from approximately 8 AM to 5 PM EST. Period of Performance Work shall commence upon award of contract, with all installed equipment required to be functional no later than February 9, 2026. Place of Performance Fort Bragg, NC
