The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Bragg has a requirement from the 28th OD CO Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) to provide overland mobility training for up to 8 students. Background The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Bragg has a requirement from the 28th OD CO Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) to provide advanced overland mobility training for up to 8 students. This training is essential for the 28th OD CO to effectively work with support units, particularly the 75th Ranger Regiment. The need for this specialized training arises from the unique mission sets of these units, which require enhanced mobility capabilities that cannot be adequately met through existing military training resources. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform overland mobility training with manual and automatic transmission non-standard tactical vehicles in various austere environments. The services include: 1. Overland Manual Driving: Instructors must provide a minimum of four manual transmission non-standard tactical vehicles (NSTV) for students to train on various vehicles and understand manual driving fundamentals in off-road conditions. 2. Vehicle Recovery: Training must enable students to recover stuck and downed vehicles with various faults in austere conditions using minimal equipment. 3. Location: Courses must be held at sites that allow driving in diverse environments. 4. Length: Each course must complete all training objectives within five days. 5. The contract encompasses three total courses scheduled within a 150-mile radius of Fort Bragg, NC. Period of Performance The period of performance for the contract is from April 13, 2026, to April 17, 2026; April 27, 2026, to May 1, 2026; and May 4, 2026, to May 8, 2026.
