Background The solicitation is issued by the 99th Readiness Division for Grounds Maintenance Services at the Dervishain ARC located in North Chesterfield, VA. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and other items necessary to perform grounds maintenance services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The services include maintaining the areas identified in the site plan and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The contractor must maintain effective quality control to ensure services meet contract requirements. Quality assurance will be conducted by the government using a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan. The contractor's hours of operation are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.
