Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming is conducting market research to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to provide cleaning services at 15 Launch Control Centers (LCC) and associated Launch Control Equipment Buildings (LCEB) on an as-needed basis. This sources sought notice is intended for market research only and does not constitute a request for quotation or proposal. Work Details The service provider shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform cleaning services at F.E. Warren AFB in compliance with applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. The scope includes: 1. Annual deep cleaning of fifteen (15) LCCs and LCEBs located in various counties of Wyoming, Colorado, and Nebraska. 2. Cleaning services must adhere to OSHA regulations regarding worker safety and EPA regulations concerning disinfectants and sanitizers. 3. Services include both scheduled annual cleanings and unscheduled cleanings as required by operational needs. 4. The service provider must furnish a minimum of two weeks’ notice prior to the initiation of cleaning at specific locations. 5. Cleaning hours are from 7:30 a.m. MST/MDT to 4:30 p.m. MST/MDT, excluding Federal Holidays. 6. All personnel must pass a security background check to access the sites; no personal electronic devices are allowed on-site. Period of Performance The period of performance will be determined upon the initiation of the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with scheduling driven by operational and maintenance requirements. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at various locations in Wyoming, Colorado, and Nebraska.
