Painting of Roadway Lines and Edge Lines for Idaho Project No. 23805

This notice pertains to Idaho Project No. 23805, which involves painting skip stripes, edge lines, and all lines on the on-off ramps to the stop bars, as well as the Gores. The work will also include painting the edge lines at designated Rest Areas and Ports-of-Entry as directed. Sealed proposals can be submitted through one of three methods: 1. In person at the Idaho Transportation Department office located at 11331 West Chinden Blvd. Bldg #8, Boise, Idaho 83714, specifically in bid box slot #4 in the lobby, ensuring the envelope is marked with the Key No. and Contractor name. 2. By USPS, sending to Idaho Transportation Department, PO Box 40, Boise, Idaho 83707-0040, with the same envelope markings. 3. By FedEx/UPS, sending to Idaho Transportation Department, 3311 W. State Street, Boise, ID 83703, also with the required markings. All bids must be received by 2:00 PM on January 27, 2026.
