Work Details The selected firm will provide comprehensive financial advisory services, including: - Advising on bond structuring, market conditions, timing of sales, and managing all aspects of debt issuance transactions. - Preparing timetables for each issuance. - Coordinating efforts of other bond service providers. - Advising on short-term financing options. - Assisting in obtaining optimal bond ratings. - Recommending methods of sale (competitive vs. negotiated). - Managing processes for preparing official statements and other disclosure documents. - Facilitating the sale and marketing of CAW’s debt. - Evaluating refinancing options. - Assisting in investing bond funds according to CAW's investment policy. Bidder Requirements Respondents must demonstrate significant experience with Water Revenue Bonds, provide three client references, maintain at least $5 million in professional liability insurance, and comply with various legal certifications including non-discrimination clauses and certifications regarding boycotts against Israel or certain industries.
