Packaging and Marking Requirements - Quantity per Unit Pack (QUP): 001 - Standard: Packaging will be in accordance with ASTM D3951, "Standard Practice for Commercial Packaging". - Precedence: All DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements take precedence over ASTM D3951.

Marking and Labeling

All packaging and packing shall be marked and labeled in accordance with MIL-STD-129, "Military Marking for Shipment and Storage". - Unit of Issue (U/I) and Quantity per Unit Pack (QUP): The U/I and QUP will be as specified in the resulting contract or purchase order. - Palletization: Palletization shall be in accordance with RP001: DLA Packaging Requirements for Procurement. 5.
