Basis for Award

The award will be made to Jered LLC or an authorized distributor/dealer of its products, based on the most advantageous offer to the Government, considering fair and reasonable pricing. Price reasonableness will be determined in accordance with FAR 13.106-3(a) and DFARS 213.106-3, through comparison of offers received from Jered LLC and/or its authorized distributors/dealers, or other appropriate techniques. Since the requirement is for a sole-source manufactured item, technical acceptability is derived from the product's origin (Jered LLC).
