Background The Department of the Air Force, specifically the Headquarters 19th Airlift Wing at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas, is seeking a contractor to provide Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) and leadership seminars. This initiative aims to address increasing safety mishaps and disciplinary issues within the 314 Maintenance Group (MXG) by assessing their organization and identifying areas for targeted interventions. The goal is to enhance disciplined mission execution, invest in junior leaders, and enable change within units. Work Details The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials necessary to perform ONA and leadership seminars as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include: - Conducting comprehensive surveys and seminars that cover organizational leadership; - Developing coaching skills; - Creating effective teams; - Maintaining communication with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR); - Implementing management control systems for planning and organizing activities; - Ensuring timely performance of all contract tasks. The contractor must also adhere to standards specified in the contract. Period of Performance The period of performance is tentatively set from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2031, consisting of one base year with four one-year option periods.
