COMBINED ARMS CENTER AND GARRISON AT FORT LEAVENWORTH SUPPORT SERVICES INDUSTRY DAY MICC Fort Leavenworth will conduct an Industry Day to discuss an anticipated Request for Proposal for the United States Army Electronic Security System Maintenance and Service in Fort Leavenworth, KS. The contract is anticipated to be a multiple award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract. PURPOSE: The purpose of this Industry Day is to engage industry in an interactive way to gather additional information to support on-going market research efforts. NOTE: Participation in this Industry Day is voluntary and in no way obligates the Government to award any contracts or pay any costs associated with such participation. This Industry Day is part of ongoing Government conducted market research for planning purposes only. It is NOT a solicitation. This is NOT an Invitation for Bid (IFB) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government does NOT intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice.

Background The United States Army, through MICC Fort Leavenworth, is conducting an Industry Day to discuss an anticipated Request for Proposal for Electronic Security System Maintenance and Service at Fort Leavenworth, KS. This contract is expected to be a multiple award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract aimed at enhancing the security infrastructure of the Army's facilities. Work Details The contractor will provide maintenance and service for an integrated Electronic Security System (ESS) that includes a Physical Access Control System (PACS), Intrusion Detection System (IDS), and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system. Key tasks include: 1. Developing, maintaining, and implementing a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). 2. Performing Quality Assurance (QA) inspections on all phases of work to ensure standards are met. 3. Providing qualified onsite technicians available Monday through Friday from 0800 to 1600 hours, excluding federal holidays. 4. Conducting scheduled maintenance and responding to unscheduled service calls as required. 5. Ensuring all contractor personnel have a 'Secret Clearance' prior to proposal submission and maintain it throughout the contract duration. 6. Managing equipment delivery and secure storage for materials necessary for maintenance tasks. Place of Performance The work will be performed at government facilities located on Fort Leavenworth, KS.
