The 934th Airlift Wing intends to issue solicitation FA6633-26-R-0001 to solicit proposals for a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Project #QJKL 24-0014, Repair Fa ade and Roof, Building 707. A solicitation package is anticipated to be available at www.sam.gov on or after 21 January 2026. Paper copies will not be available. The entire request for proposal (RFP) will be made available only on the website SAM.gov. Once the solicitation is posted, Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of this document and subsequent amendments. It is anticipated the following viewers are needed to open the solicitation and all attachments: Microsoft Word (.doc), Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), Adobe Acrobat Reader (.pdf) and WinZip (.zip or .exe). The government intends to hold a site visit. The exact date and time will be identified in the solicitation. Work to be performed within NAICS code: 236220 size standard $45M. The purpose of this project is to Design and Build to repair fa ade and roof, building 707. Contractor shall obtain professional design services (Title I Type A, Title I Type B and Title II Services), provide all supervision, labor, materials and equipment necessary to fully meet all requirements within the Statement of Work, Front-end Specifications, SOW Drawings and all other Contract Documents related to and/or titled: REPAIR FA ADE AND ROOF B707 at the Minneapolis Air Reserve Station, Minneapolis Minnesota. B707 Lodging is a 299-room hotel. It was constructed in three-phases from 2001-2005. Electronic PDF and AutoCAD drawings are available. Construction Manager/ General Title II services shall be provided by the DOR. Period of Performance (PoP) is 405 days (design phase 182 days and construction phase 223 days) after Notice to Proceed (NTP) Location is 934th Airlift Wing, Minneapolis, MN 55450-2100. A Request for Proposals (RFP) is contemplated IAW FAR part 15 with esimated 60-day response time after issuance of solicitation. This acquisition is being solicited pursuant to FAR Subpart 6.203 and is issued as a Small Business set-aside. Magnitude of acquisition is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Telephone requests for plans will not be honored. Plans and specifications will also be available for examination without charge at the Contracting Office upon coordination with the assigned Contract Specialist. Once the solicitation is posted, it is the responsibility of the Contractor to obtain all necessary updates/amendments from SAM.GOV. All contractors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database www.sam.gov and have completed the on-line Representations and Certifications to be eligible to receive award and also be registered for the applicable NAICS Code 236220.
