Work Details The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to meet the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work and related documents. The primary tasks include: * Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS): Repairing EIFS cracks, holes, voids, joints, and applying a new finish coat. * Repairing doors: This includes replacing main entrance door operators, sensors, and controls; removing one double door and infilling with brick; and replacing a single door along with its frame, hardware, and accessories. * Relocating a sign: Removing an existing sign and exterior conduit while mounting a new sign in a designated location. * Tank Level Alarm Conduit: Removing exterior conduit and rerouting new conduit on the interior of the facility. Period of Performance The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed and complete it within 120 calendar days.
