in accordance with the plans therefore, the City of Green Bay Standard Specifications and Construction Standards for Public Works Construction, 2024 Edition, 2025 Edition-Supplemental Standard Specifications, and the special provisions of this contract, all of which are on file in the City Clerk's/Treasurer's Office and the Director of Public Works Office in the Green Bay City Hall. Public may attend the bid opening online.

https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86993407643 The work under this Contract includes construction of approximately 940 linear feet of 6 and 8 water main including service relays, and water construction staking; 600 linear feet of 10 sanitary sewer CIPP lining, sanitary sewer lateral reconnections, 305 linear feet of pipe bursting sanitary sewer laterals, 295 linear feet of 12 and 15 storm sewer construction, including storm sewer lateral construction, inlet leads, storm sewer inlets; 1,075 cubic yards of excavation, 1,285 linear feet of curb and gutter, 345 cubic yards of 1 crushed aggregate base course, 325 cubic yards of breaker run, 325 tons of HMA pavement, and 2,150 square feet of concrete sidewalk and driveway reconstruction; construction staking, and restoration. Prospective bidders must register with QuestCDN in order to download documents which will add your company to the Planholder List and allow access to vBid online bidding for the submittal of your bid which is required for this project. The work shall be let in accordance with the following Sections of the Wisconsin Statutes. 1. Section 62.15 regarding public works construction. 2. Section 779.15 regarding lien on contractors. 3. Section 66.0901(2) regarding proof of responsibility. All bidders shall provide proof of responsibility on the form furnished by the Director of Public Works and it shall be filed with the Director of Public Works not less than five (5) days prior to the time set for opening of bids. Said proof of responsibility shall not be valid if filed prior to one year of the date of opening bids.
