Background This contract is issued by the U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Fort Jackson, SC, to provide Catholic Administrative Religious Education and Pastoral Life Coordination services. The goal of the contract is to assist the Catholic Chaplain and Priest in conducting religious education and pastoral life services in accordance with the guidelines of the Roman Catholic Church, Archdiocese for the Military Services policies, Army Regulation 165-1, and Installation Chaplain Policies. Work Details The Contractor shall support comprehensive Catholic religious education and pastoral life programs that run concurrently with the traditional academic year. Specific tasks include: 1. Supporting and facilitating Catholic religious education and pastoral life activities as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). 2. Serving as a special resource person for the Chaplain Corps. 3. Consulting and coordinating with the Catholic priest endorsed by the Archdiocese for Military Services and Garrison RSO personnel. 4. Developing and maintaining a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure compliance with service requirements. 5. Evaluating performance through a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) and Performance Requirements Summary (PRS). 6. Preparing monthly calendars of religious education programs, community events, and special holy days. 7. Collecting supporting documents for sacramental records in the AMS portal. 8. Preparing liturgical documents and materials for Mass.
