THE EASTERN FEDERAL LANDS HIGHWAY DIVISION (EFLHD), OF THE FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION (FHWA), INTENDS TO PROCURE FROM COMPUTERS & STRUCTURES, INC. (CSI), LOCATED IN WALNUT CREEK, CALIFORNIA, FOR SUPPORT AND SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES FOR STRUCTURAL DESIGN SOFTWARE AND SERVICES. THE CSI BRIDGE DESIGN AND ANALYSIS SOFTWARE IS USED BY THE FEDERAL LANDS HIGHWAY TO DESIGN AND ANALYZE STRUCTURES ON OUR PROJECTS. IN ORDER TO ENSURE THAT THE SOFTWARE IS UP TO DATE WITH STANDARDS AND THE DESIGNERS HAVE SUPPORT ON HOW TO USE THE SOFTWARE, IT IS REQUIRED TO KEEP THE SOFTWARE COVERED BY A MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT AGREEMENT. Background The Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division (EFLHD) of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) intends to procure support and subscription services for structural design software from Computers & Structures, Inc. (CSI), located in Walnut Creek, California. The CSI Bridge Design and Analysis Software is utilized by the Federal Lands Highway to design and analyze structures for their projects. To ensure that the software remains current with standards and that designers receive adequate support, a maintenance and support agreement is necessary. CSiBridge Advanced with Rating Maintenance - Cloud Key License Maintenance Renewal (Quantity: 1) 2. SAP2000 Plus Maintenance - Cloud Key License Maintenance Renewal (Quantity: 6) 3. SAP2000 Advanced Maintenance - Cloud Key License Maintenance Renewal (Quantity: 3) The services include ensuring that all software is updated to meet current standards, providing technical support for users, and maintaining access to cloud-based resources as part of the subscription service. Period of Performance February 1, 2026 - January 31, 2027 Place of Performance Services will be performed remotely as the software is cloud-based.
