Summary

Requirements Contract for A/E & Local Law Inspection Services related to: LL-11 (Facades), LL-126 (Parking Structures), and LL-37 (Retaining Walls). No Bid Security Required. NYCHA, by issuing this RFP, seeks proposals ( Proposals ) from Architecture and Engineering ( A/E ) firms (the Proposers ) to provide NYCHA with A/E Inspection and Reporting Services ( A/E Inspection Services ) pursuant to various regulatory requirements as detailed more fully within Section II of this RFP (collectively, the Services ).

Contract Term

RFP Question Submission Deadline

January 26, 2026, at 2:00PM Only questions regarding this RFP submitted to professionalservices.procurement@nycha.nyc.gov (INCLUDE RFP NUMBER IN SUBJECT LINE) prior to Question Deadline will be accepted. Question & Answer Release Date: February 5, 2026 Respondents shall provide two uploaded files with their submission: (1) the Technical Response, inclusive of all required attachments and exhibits, and (2) the Cost Proposal, which must be submitted as an Excel file. to the corresponding RFP number via iSupplier in final form no later than 2 p.m. on February 19, 2026. Proposals which are saved in iSupplier as a draft but not successfully submitted will not be considered. Prior to submitting a proposal, bidders are to ensure that their response includes all required forms and documentation and that all are properly completed, signed, and notarized, where applicable. Proposers should refer to Section IV (2) of this RFP for details on Proposal submission requirements. It is the Proposers sole responsibility to complete and submit its proposal via iSupplier to the corresponding RFP prior the RFP Bid Submission Deadline. NYCHA is not responsible for delays caused by technical difficulty or caused by any other occurrence. Only electronic bids submitted online via iSupplier will be accepted.
