Background The Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG), specifically the 70th Regional Training Institute (RTI), requires catered meals for the National Guard Reaction Course (NGRF). The goal of this contract is to provide quality catered meals to support personnel attending various training events, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service. Work Details The contractor must deliver catered meals that are buffet-style upon delivery, with no additional services required. The contractor is responsible for delivering food at the specified location, arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the meal serving times. The contractor must maintain a clean and sanitary serving area throughout the meal period and is responsible for cleaning the serving line after meals. Additionally, the contractor must set up and tear down the dining area. Meals will be served at designated times with a headcount of 140 meals per serving period. Food safety requirements include delivering food in insulated containers to maintain proper temperatures and ensuring compliance with Army Technical Bulletin Medical (TB Med) 530, Tri Service Food Code. Period of Performance The contract will cover multiple training events scheduled from March 9-13, March 23-27, April 6-10, April 20-24, September 4-18, and September 21-25 in the year 2026.
