Background The 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment, known as 'The Old Guard', located at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall (JBM-HH), is seeking to provide advanced horsemanship training for its Caisson Detachment. The goal of this contract is to enhance the skills and capabilities of personnel through an Advanced Horsemanship Course (AHC). The U.S. Government intends to award a sole-source Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to Live Oak Plantation Combined Driving for this purpose.
