Background Anderson School District 5 is seeking qualified vendors to develop and implement a long-range plan for Universal Design for Learning (UDL) across the district. Conducting planning meetings with district leaders. 2. Launching the program on March 13, 2026, requiring all design and materials to be completed by this date. 3. Organizing multiple half-day sessions to introduce the program to early childhood/elementary and secondary attendees. 4. Creating comprehensive 'Train the Trainer' materials, including a detailed trainer’s guide, handouts, supporting resources, and presentation materials to ensure internal staff can replicate training sessions. 5. Conducting an administrative overview for school principals and instructional teams focused on instructional improvement rather than compliance. 6. Facilitating sessions with campus-based teams to foster understanding of UDL principles through practical lesson redesign. Period of Performance The contract will initially be for one year, with options to renew for four additional one-year terms, contingent upon mutual agreement and notification at least 60 days prior to renewal. Bidder Requirements Bidders must comply with local regulations regarding criminal background checks for employees working on district property.
