The goal of this contract is to enhance the facility's appearance and functionality by replacing existing flagpoles with new ones along the 'Avenue of Flags'. Work Details The contractor is required to perform the following tasks: 1. Remove and dispose of 50 existing flagpoles and their concrete footings. 2. Install 50 new galvanized steel ground sleeves at the existing pole locations. 3. Repour concrete around each ground sleeve, ensuring it is flush with the existing sidewalk surface. 4. Furnish and install 50 commercial-grade aluminum flagpoles according to specifications, including all associated hardware such as flash collars, rope cleats, and toppers. The work must be performed during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday) and must adhere to strict safety and quality standards. Period of Performance The period of performance for this contract is expected to be completed within 120 days from the date of award.
