Background The Maryland Department of Information Technology (DOIT) is issuing this contract to refresh and upgrade machines, specifically targeting the replacement of antiquated systems used by a special unit. The goal is to procure new and unused Dell equipment under the Master Contract for Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet solutions. Work Details The contract involves providing the following products: - 20 units of Dell Latitude 7350 Detachable laptops - 20 units of Latitude 7350 Detachable Collaboration Keyboards and Active Pens. All products must meet specified requirements and be delivered to the Maryland Department of Information Technology at 100 Community Place, Crownsville, MD 21032. The Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for Dell and provide a Letter of Authorization if requested. Bidder Requirements This solicitation is limited to certified small business vendors under the Small Business Reserve (SBR) Procurement program.
