Background The Luna Corp, LLC is contracted to support the delivery of the RockOn student launch opportunity at Wallops Flight Facility (WFF) in collaboration with the NASA Sounding Rocket Program Office. This initiative aims to provide students with hands-on experience in rocketry and related technologies. Work Details The contractor shall perform the following duties: A. Provide support to NASA Wallops Flight Facility (WFF) for the RockOn student launch opportunity, which includes: a. Leading production and kitting of workshop hardware for 40 kits (plus spares) and verifying needed support equipment provided by WFF; b. Providing onsite technical support at WFF during workshop instruction in June 2026 for 20 to 24 teams, each consisting of 3 to 4 students and a faculty member; c. Offering travel support for onsite activities. Period of Performance Services will be provided from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026. Place of Performance The majority of the work will take place in Byers, Colorado, with required travel to Wallops Flight Facility for workshop, integration, launch, and recovery.
