This is a Sources Sought announcement for Electric utility services for multiple locations within the United States Merchant Marine Academy 300 Steamboat Road Kings, Point, NY 11024. I am seeking a company that may provide the entire utility requirement for USMMA and also for all barracks in USMMA. NOTE: See attached list of Meters, locations and account numbers. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing electric utility services across multiple locations within the US Merchant Marine Academy. This includes fulfilling the entire utility requirement for USMMA and all barracks associated with it. Interested parties must respond to a questionnaire that assesses their capability to provide these services, including questions about business size, subcontracting capabilities, eligibility for small business programs, ability to provide firm-fixed-price unit prices, possession of GSA contracts for electricity utility, regulatory compliance, experience with similar contracts, emergency response reliability, and estimated costs for ten years of service.
