The total contract value, including the base period and all option periods, is $6,886,880.00. Award was made using a best value determination in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the solicitation. The evaluation factors included Technical Acceptability, Price Reasonableness, and Past Performance Recency and Relevancy. The selected contractor was determined to represent the best value to the Government.
