Description

Primary

In performing work under this contract, the Contractor shall provide all necessary management, tools, materials, supplies, supervision, transportation, equipment, and labor to accomplish hazardous waste inspections at WSMR. The Contractor shall conform to Department of Defense (DOD), United States Army, WSMR, Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
