The Housing Authority of the Town of Secaucus, New Jersey is seeking proposals for legal services. The Authority aims to retain a qualified and capable attorney to provide these services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Proposals can be obtained at the Housing Authority office located at 700 County Avenue, Secaucus, New Jersey 07094, or they can be downloaded from the Authority's website at www.secaucusha.org. The Request for Proposals (RFP) outlines the scope of services required and the submission requirements for proposals. All proposals must be submitted to the Housing Authority office at the same address by January 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received and may terminate the contract for convenience at any time during its term.
