Background The County of Orange, New York, through its Department of General Services, is issuing a Request for Bids (RFB-OC010-26) for the procurement of additional miscellaneous OEM industrial parts. The goal of this contract is to ensure that various County departments have access to necessary industrial components to support their operations effectively. Work Details The contract requires the supply and delivery of miscellaneous OEM industrial parts to the County Department of Public Works and other departments as needed. Bidders must be full-service registered distributors/dealers for each specified parts group and provide a Certificate of Factory Authorized Dealership. Normal delivery time is within 14 days after receipt of order, with emergency requirements to be fulfilled within 24 hours. All replacement parts must be OEM, and bidders must provide technical support for parts supplied. Equipment proposed must be new and in current production, meeting OSHA and other applicable regulations. A Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) must accompany each product shipment when applicable. Period of Performance The anticipated term for this contract is one year, with the option for the County to extend it for up to two additional one-year periods. Place of Performance The primary location for performance will be at the County Department of Public Works, 2455-2459 Route 17M, Goshen, New York, with deliveries potentially required at various other County departments. Bidder Requirements Bidders must be properly registered to do business in New York State and provide applicable certificates with their bid. There are no bonding requirements for this contract. The County encourages submissions from Minority- and/or Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) and/or Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE). Bidders must complete a Non-Collusion Certification, Disclosure of Non-Responsibility Determination, and Iran Divestment Act Certification as part of their submission.
