Background The U.S. Navy is issuing this solicitation for portable toilet and hand washing services at Camp Keller, Woolmarket Rifle and Pistol Range, located in Biloxi, MS. The primary mission of this contract is to ensure that sailors have access to sanitary facilities during their training sessions, which occur Monday through Friday from 0700 to 1600 hours. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform portable restroom and hand wash station services at the Naval Construction Group TWO Gulfport. Specifically, the contractor is responsible for: 1. Providing 12 portable toilets and 4 hand wash stations. 2. Servicing these units three times a week including cleaning and removal of grey water. 3. Complying with all applicable laws and regulations including Federal Law, Mississippi State Law(s), OSHA regulations, and Navy installation regulations. Period of Performance The period of performance for this contract will be one base year of 12 months with four optional renewal years.
