Scope of Work

This contract involves the following key tasks for the Stewart Facility Exterior Quad Lighting project: - Trenching, saw-cutting, and backfilling to facilitate the installation of new conduit for site pole lighting. - Repairing landscaping affected by the installation process. - Installing wiring for both pole lighting and electrical receptacles. - Modifying the existing Lutron lighting control system to accommodate the new lighting fixtures. - Ensuring that lighting controls include manual on/off and dimming (raise/lower) overrides, with these controls located in Building #1.
