1. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being solicited in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 19.5-Small Business Total Set-Asides 2. Bid must be valid for at least 60 days. 3. One site visit is scheduled for 21 May 2026 at 10:00 hours local time. 4.
