The contractor must also provide any required performance and payment bonds within 10 calendar days after award. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from July 30, 2026, to July 30, 2027. Place of Performance The construction projects will be performed at FWS Central Washington NWRC located at 64 Maple Street, Burbank, WA 99323-8521. Bidder Requirements Bidders must meet the following requirements: - Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA); - Contractors must furnish performance and payment bonds if awarded amounts exceed $35,000 (payment bond) or $150,000 (both payment and performance bonds); - Contractors must have appropriate licenses for construction work; - A site visit will be hosted for bidders.
