Background

The Tennessee Department of Environment & Conservation is issuing a contract for TNC Magazine Printing Services. This contract aims to provide printing services for the magazine over a specified period, ensuring that the agency can effectively communicate its mission and activities to the public.

Work Details

The contract involves a twenty-four (24) month term with three (3) renewal options of twelve (12) months each. The services include: 1. Magazine press runs for 7,000 copies across 6 issues per year. 2. Magazine press runs for 7,500 copies across 6 issues per year. 3. Magazine press runs for 8,000 copies across 6 issues per year. 4. Magazine press runs for 8,500 copies across 6 issues per year. 5. Magazine press runs for 9,000 copies across 6 issues per year. 6. Exterior wrappers printed on uncoated 80# Sustana Enviro Print stock, printed both sides full bleed. 7. Binding in pre-printed subscription cards. 8. Overnight delivery of proofs to the publisher. 9. Revisions to proofs including replacing pages and providing PDF proofs. 10. Publisher alterations while on press, per plate. 11. Flat-rate delivery to the publisher's office and mailing house, including shipping breakout magazines to various Tennessee State Parks.

Period of Performance

The performance period is from June 17, 2026, to July 10, 2026, with an option for renewal every twelve months up to three times.

Place of Performance

The contract will be performed at the contractor's facility in Tennessee and products will be shipped to the Tennessee Department of Environment & Conservation located at 500 James Robertson Parkway, Nashville TN 37243-0565.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must provide proof of an active G7 Master Print Facility Certification and affirm that their press facility is located in Tennessee and that they are direct employees of said press. Additionally, bidders must be registered with the Department of Revenue for sales and use tax.
