Commercial Reprographics - REBID

Background

The City of Cincinnati is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for Commercial Reprographics services required by the Division of Printing Services. The goal of this contract is to provide various reprographic services and materials to support the city's operational needs. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest and best bid, considering the total requirements outlined in the solicitation.

Work Details

The contractor will provide commercial reprographics services including but not limited to: digital prints, paper copies in black and color, foam core printing, binding, laminating, oversized color copies, raster scanning, and various other related services. Specific materials required include 20 lb digital print paper, .003 thick digital Mylar, 3/16" thick foam board, and styrene board. Additional miscellaneous services may include stapling, trimming/cutting, and producing vinyl decals and banners. All work must adhere to first-class workmanship standards as specified in the detailed specifications section.

Period of Performance

The initial contract period is twelve (12) months from the effective start date with options for two (2) additional twelve (12) month renewal periods at the discretion of the City.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed within Cincinnati, Ohio, specifically for various City Departments as needed.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered under Vendor Self Service (VSS) at the time of award. They are required to comply with Equal Employment Opportunity provisions as per Cincinnati Municipal Code Chapter 325 and submit a DEI 147 EEO form prior to contract award. Additionally, bidders must ensure that any subcontractors are approved by the City using Form 2004 and verify that they are not on the City's debarment list.
