Manufacture to conform to ESA-approved Technical Data Package requirements; comply with Unique Identification (UID) requirements IAW DFARS 211.741 as prescribed in the ESA-approved TDP. Provide data/results showing compliance with performance/environmental/mechanical/quality assurance requirements identified in the ESA-approved TDP; submit a complete test report to the ESA for qualification after completion. If deemed a Critical Safety Item (CSI), provide a management plan for Critical Safety Processes (CSP) and Characteristics (CSD).
