The contractor must also respond to any Non-Conformance Reports issued due to unsatisfactory performance within five workdays. Period of Performance The geographic location(s) the contract will be performed (if provided) Place of Performance Joint Armament Facility (JAF) Machine Shop, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Key personnel must meet position qualification and experience requirements as indicated in the PWS. A facility clearance (FCL) may be required depending on access to classified information. Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) The prior contract W9124721C0063 awarded to Phillips Corporation ($355,857, 09/30/21–09/29/26) for preventative maintenance appears closely related to the current JAF Machine Shop Support requirement. The incumbent’s documented scope aligns with providing preventive maintenance for the same type of machine shop equipment, and the current solicitation similarly calls for preventive maintenance plus reactive repairs, suggesting continuity in maintaining and servicing the facility’s machine tools and support systems.
