Background The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to procure an Oakworks C-Arm Pain Management Table due to the current table at Wilmington VAMC being unserviceable since 2025. The goal of this contract is to replace the outdated equipment to ensure effective patient care in the Pain clinic. Work Details The vendor is required to acquire and deliver one Oakworks CFPM400 Pain Management C-Arm Imaging Table with Integrated Headrest Top, which features four motion capabilities and operates on 110V. Additionally, the vendor must cover total shipping charges. The equipment must be shipped directly to the Wilmington VA Medical Center within 30 days after receipt of order. Performance will be monitored by the Space and Activations Coordinator, and equipment will be inspected upon receipt for any damages.
