Background

Work Details
The selected contractor will conduct an independent review and analysis of contact card data maintained by the Cincinnati Police Department. The scope of services includes: 1. Developing a project management plan with a detailed timeline, identifying key personnel, outlining data collection activities, and establishing regular status meetings with the City. 2. Collecting, reviewing, and analyzing contact card data along with related datasets necessary for a complete assessment of police-community interactions. 3. Evaluating methodologies used in prior analyses of contact card data. 4. Performing comprehensive statistical analysis to identify trends and disparities in police-community interactions based on race and ethnicity. 5. Providing a draft report for City review that includes findings, conclusions, and supporting documentation.
Period of Performance
The contract term will commence on the effective date of the Agreement and last approximately one year.

Bidder Requirements
