This notice is to inform that sealed bids will be accepted by the Borough of Highland Park for the South Third Avenue Water Main Replacement and Sewer Main Cleaning and Lining Project. Bids will be opened publicly on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Borough Clerk's Office located at 221 South 5th Avenue, Highland Park, NJ 08904. The specifications and bid documents for this project can be inspected at the Borough Clerk's Office during regular business hours. Interested parties can obtain the documents for a fee of $50.00 per set. Bids must be submitted using the provided forms, completed as per the specifications, and enclosed in a sealed envelope that includes the bidder's name and address along with the project name.
