Background The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) is anticipating a sole source award to GeoPhysical Survey Systems, Inc. for the provision of a Ground Penetrating Radar Unit. The mission of AFSC is to provide sustainment support for Air Force weapon systems, ensuring operational readiness and effectiveness. The goal of this contract is to acquire a Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) system that will enhance the capabilities of the Maintenance Support Group at Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex located at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. Work Details The contractor shall provide all necessary tools, parts, materials, equipment, labor, transportation, training, and installation services to deliver and install one (1) Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) system. Additionally, the contractor will provide operational training for the system post-installation. The specific items to be delivered include: - Ground Penetrating Radar System as per Product Description dated 29 Jan 2026. - Data CDRLs (Contract Data Requirements List): - A001: Status Report/EMS Training-EMS - A002: Status Report/EnMS Training-EnMS - A003: Contractor's Safety Plan - A004: Accident/Incident Report Each item is priced as a firm fixed price arrangement. Period of Performance The geographic location(s) the product will be delivered to or performed at. Place of Performance The products will be delivered and installed at Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex (WR-ALC), Robins Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia. Bidder Requirements The contractor must comply with specific requirements related to the elimination of Class I Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS). This includes not providing any service or product that requires the use of Class I ODS in testing, operation, or maintenance. Additionally, contractors must ensure health and safety standards are met while performing work on government installations.
