Scope of Work

Harris Health is seeking qualified consultants to deliver comprehensive managed care benchmarking, pricing strategy, contract evaluation, and negotiation support services. The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to: - Reviewing and assessing current payer contracts - Benchmarking the existing reimbursement structure - Developing strategies to optimize reimbursement - Supporting Harris Health in negotiations with payers to improve financial outcomes and align payer agreements with organizational goals
