The City of Peoria is seeking qualified event management companies to create and produce a series of seven (7) 2nd Saturday Events. These events are scheduled to take place monthly from October 2026 through April 2027. Who is Requesting: This solicitation is issued by the City of Peoria.

Background

The City of Peoria hosts recurring 2nd Saturday Events to engage the community and enhance local cultural and recreational opportunities. The selected contractor will be responsible for the management and execution of these events over a seven-month period.

Contract Requirements

- Plan, organize, and execute seven (7) monthly 2nd Saturday Events from October 2026 through April 2027. - Provide comprehensive event management services, including but not limited to: logistics, vendor coordination, on-site management, and event promotion. - Ensure each event meets the City's standards for quality, safety, and community engagement.
