Air Filters

Background

The City of Winston-Salem is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the procurement of air filters as part of their property maintenance efforts. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the city maintains high air quality standards in its facilities by acquiring necessary filtration products.

Work Details

The contractor will supply the following air filters: 1. 192 units of 20 x 60 810 Media Merv 10 2. 240 units of 24 x 20 x 12 Poly Pak, 65%, SH, No Gasket 3. 12 units of 24 x 12 x 11½ Magna 1000, Box Sty., 99.97%, Gasket on Air Exit 4. 48 units of 24 x 30 x 11½ Magna 1000, Box Sty., 99.97%, Gasket on Air Exit Items are to be delivered in four separate shipments as requested. The bid must include pricing for each item and any estimated freight or liftgate charges.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be fulfilled with deliveries made as specified in the bid request. The total duration is implied to be within one year from the bid opening date.

Place of Performance

The delivery location for the air filters will be specified by the City of Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with all provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The successful bidder must also adhere to the City's Non-Discrimination Policy and provide evidence of compliance within a specified timeframe. Additionally, bidders must not be listed on the North Carolina State Treasurer’s list regarding business activities in Iran.
