Construction Manager at Risk Services for Lincoln High School Classroom and CTE Addition

Background

The Des Moines Independent Community School District is seeking qualifications for Construction Manager at-Risk (CMAR) services to assist with the Lincoln High School Classroom and Career and Technical Education (CTE) Addition Project. The goal of this contract is to provide both pre-construction and construction services for the project located at 2600 SW 9th Street, Des Moines, IA.

Work Details

The selected CMAR will be responsible for providing comprehensive pre-construction and construction management services.
