Background

The contractor will provide Background Check Services that include searching the following records: - Felony - Criminal - Civil - Driving

Sex Offender Registry Screening

- Identity Verification. The Clerk’s Office will provide necessary applicant information including Name, Date of Birth, SSN, Driver License #, and Address. The vendor must be a direct background check provider; third-party pass-through providers are not accepted. Background checks are estimated at 10 per month with a turnaround time of 1-2 business days (longer for out-of-state checks). A secure portal must be used for sensitive information transmission. Bidders must detail the databases searched and the coverage area (Federal, State, County, Local) in their submissions.

Period of Performance

The contract will be for one (1) year starting from the day of confirmed purchase order.
