Background The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Northern Arizona VA Healthcare System (NAVAHCS), is seeking a contractor for the maintenance and replacement of the Delta Controls/EnteliWEB Building Automation System (BAS) at the Bob Stump VA Medical Center in Prescott, AZ. The goal of this contract is to ensure the efficient operation of HVAC systems across multiple buildings on campus by integrating existing control systems into a unified Delta Controls BAS.
